# Cuong Thach and Hoang Hxn, the Write to Sell instructors

## Cuong Thach

[Cuong Thach](https://cuongthach.com/about/) **leads the whole Write to Sell coaching program**. He helps learners dig into their own experience to find their own voice, then use a simple framework to write naturally, without templates. He does not train people to become writers. He helps them become business owners who know how to use words to bring in money.

Hoang Hxn calls Cuong a systems thinker and a master of the art of Write to Sell.

[Hoang Hxn](https://hoanghxn.com/about/) is **the companion** of Write to Sell: a systems architect and the founder of the HXN Tribe, who laid the first bricks with Cuong for an ecosystem made just for solo business owners. He works by the three-step BE - HAVE - DO map: BE is the roots, HAVE is the trunk, DO is the leaves. The BE step finds each person's Source, where Passion, Strength, What customers need and What pays meet.

Hoang at a glance:

- **Legal name:** Nguyen Quang Hoang. "Hxn" stands for "Hoang Xuong Nui", Hoang Comes Down the Mountain.
- **Background:** a computer engineer, born in Gia Sinh, Gia Vien, Ninh Binh, his mind was nurtured in Hue, and he now works in Sapa, where his love story began.
- **Turning point:** in 2011 he had a brain hematoma, and his doctor gave him a 50/50 chance to live. He then spent more than a decade studying business models and optimizing performance.
- **His promise to himself:** build a career that serves his life, and never make his life a slave to his career.
- **With Cuong Thach:** co-founder of the HXN Tribe, Blueky and BrainNode OS, and co-leader of [the free Capture and Share challenge](https://brainnodeos.com/vi/capture-and-share/).

To Cuong, Hoang is the close friend and teacher who ended his loneliness with a practical map for action.
