Capture and Share, create content based on the truth

Capture new things in your Digital brain, then share what you learned. You learn each thing twice, and what you make always comes from what you understood and did.

From what you learned to content based on the truth

Capture means learning something new into your Digital brain. You capture from yourself, like recording the ideas you say out loud, and from others, like a book or a YouTube clip. What you take from others is written down the way you understand it, never copied word for word, with a note of where the idea came from.

Share means telling it again to other people. What has been proven goes straight onto your Truth vault, then out to social media through content repurposing. One piece of work gives two results.

Because everything passes through your own filter, the content you make is yours and based on the truth, not something AI summed up or copied from someone else.

5 benefits of Capture and Share

Sharing is not only for learning. Each time you share, you and your brand get five things.

Understand it more deeply

Telling again what you captured is learning it once more, so you understand it more deeply.

Test your views

Readers respond, sometimes with criticism, and you decide what you think.

Build a personal brand

What you share is what you are doing, so readers learn what you do best.

A chance to sell

Readers like your stories, find them useful, and may buy the product you are building.

No overload

Capturing a lot without sharing leads to knowledge poisoning. Sharing lets out both memory and feelings.

A little every day, in 30-day rounds

Capture and Share is counted by the day, not by the week. Each morning, read one or two pages of a book, capture what you learned, then share it. Whatever you share that is already true goes into the vault right away.

To build the habit, one round of Capture and Share is a 30-day campaign, or 365 days if you like. Each round builds your Truth vault and warms up your followers.

You summarize it yourself, not with AI. Being able to summarize means you can read the idea, and only then can you write it. Read books yourself, because watching a film summary is not watching the film.

Frequently asked questions

  • Should I share if I have no followers yet?

Yes. Followers do not matter. You share to get followers, not for the followers who already see it. If you do not share, no one knows about you.

  • Does share mean telling others or cutting notes into pieces?

Share means telling others what you learned. It shows you are ready to say it out loud, and the feedback from readers helps you test your views.

  • How is Capture and Share different from asking AI for a summary?

You pull out the ideas yourself. AI only helps you find the right spot in a very long video; you still listen closely to the part you need, and you read books yourself from start to finish.

  • Why do I need a Digital brain before Capture and Share?

Because the Digital brain is where you store things and keep their trace. Capturing needs a place to keep things, and sharing needs a place to keep the trace of what you shared. On paper you cannot paste a link, and when the paper gets lost, the trace goes with it.

  • How long is one round of Capture and Share?

One round is a 30-day campaign to build the habit, or 365 days if you like. Each day you capture one new thing and share it.
