The last step before you run the system is to know the four rules every post keeps, for every brand.
The three steps before it prepare the data: the product, the website, the brand profile. The four rules are the shared part of the method, not tied to any person’s name or product name.
Each rule comes from one part of the system: rule one from the funnel, rules two and three from the Truth vault and the profile, rule four from the process. Each entry below has the same three parts: what the rule says, where it comes from, and the sign that a post broke it.
| Rule | Comes from | A post broke it when |
|---|---|---|
| Each post is exactly one type | The Know - Trust - Love funnel | The post both explains and gives steps |
| Make nothing up | The Truth vault, the profile | A story, number or experience cannot be traced back to the brand |
| Own names stay as they are | The profile, Own names entry | A name was changed to fit a keyword |
| Follow the Idea - Write - Edit order | The process | A heading changed while writing or editing |
Each post is exactly one type
What the rule says. Each post is exactly one type: a Know post, a Trust post or a Love post. The type is set once and never mixed.
Comes from. The Know - Trust - Love funnel. Each stage of the funnel does one job, so each post has one place, and one end point at the bottom of the post.
Sign of a break. The post does two jobs, explaining and giving steps. Take the “what it is” and “why” parts out into their own Know post, so the Trust post keeps only the steps. How to sort a post: Sort a post into its stage.
Make nothing up
What the rule says. Make nothing up. Stories, numbers and experience all come from the real brand.
Comes from. The Truth vault and the brand profile. Every item in the Truth vault is something the brand really did, put into words.
Sign of a break. A detail in the post cannot be traced back to the profile or to what the brand has done. When a writer or AI agent finds an empty entry in the profile, they ask the person behind the brand and do not fill it in themselves. AI does not have your experience: it writes from what is common in the world, and pinning that on you is wrong.
Own names stay as they are
What the rule says. The brand’s own names stay as they are. They never change to fit a keyword or SEO. Only the capital letter at the start of a sentence may change.
Comes from. The Own names entry of the brand profile, which lists each name and its fixed translation. The Edit step uses that list to check every post.
Sign of a break. A name in the post differs from the list. The cuongthach.com profile gives Know - Trust - Love and Idea - Write - Edit one fixed English name each, and keeps CuongThach, bePublish and Blueky the same in every language.
Follow the Idea - Write - Edit order
What the rule says. Each post follows the Idea - Write - Edit order. Once the outline is locked, it does not change.
Comes from. The Idea - Write - Edit process. The outline decides the whole post, so it comes first. Writing first and outlining later leads to a loop: fix the ideas, write more, fix the headings, then fix the ideas again.
Sign of a break. The post title or a main heading changes while you write or edit. Changing a few words in a heading changes its meaning, while the part below was written for the old heading. Why ideas come first: The Idea step.

The Know - Trust - Love content funnel
The three reader states Know, Trust and Love, six shared rules, and the funnel that lines up every post on one straight path to the product.
KNOW stage
The Know post is the first touchpoint of the funnel, where readers discover you, see their own problem named and want to keep reading.
TRUST stage
The Trust post follows the Know post with small, hands-on steps, so readers make a result themselves and start to trust you.
